Platform rules can change without warning. If a platform changes its rules or bans your account, you lose access to your followers. When fans join your VIP list on your /bio page, you own those contacts forever—and Pro users can download them anytime as a spreadsheet (.CSV).
Brands, venues, and record labels don't trust self-reported screenshots. Your official EPK (/epk) and Sponsor ROI report connect directly to your platform accounts to prove your real listeners, viewers, and merch sales—giving sponsors 100% confidence in your numbers.
Your bio page uses public profile information from your authenticated platform connections. Choose a primary content platform for your avatar and one of three POX themes in Bio Page settings. Custom link entries, uploaded avatars, and color pickers are not supported. A platform appears only when its connection supplies a verified public destination; a branded avatar is shown when no profile image is available.
Your display name, @handle, bio, and API-derived avatar; public links from eligible authenticated music, streaming, store, and membership connections; and the VIP email capture box. Choose POX Midnight, POX Minimal, or POX Electric, select a primary content platform, and publish or unpublish your page. Pasted-URL integrations and connections without a verified public destination do not produce public buttons.
Personas keep your workstation focused. Musicians receive playlist and listener-growth guidance from connected music platforms. Streamers receive schedule, viewer-retention, and engagement guidance from connected streaming platforms. You can switch modes anytime in Settings — connections are preserved.
Shopify, Fourthwall, Spring, Gumroad, and Printful. Connected stores appear as a responsive multi-column grid on your public /bio page and provide context for your promotion team’s recommendations.
A Content Anchor is a primary music or streaming platform where your content lives — Spotify, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc. On the Free tier you can connect exactly 1 Content Anchor; Commerce stores are counted separately. Solo Creator is for one creator account, while Producer supports a roster of up to 5 artists with unified promotion guidance.
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on any platform card. OAuth platforms (Spotify, Twitch, YouTube, etc.) redirect you to authorize access; direct-handle platforms (Bandcamp, Rumble) just need your public URL or username. You can disconnect and reconnect at any time.

Notifications require connected platforms. Once you connect at least one platform and your promotion team has enough context, scheduled updates begin on Wednesdays. Your first Sunday Playbook arrives when the current cycle is ready.

Yes. Upgrading is self-serve — choose Solo Creator or Producer and you're taken to a secure Stripe checkout. To manage payment details, invoices, or cancellation, open Settings → Billing and choose Manage subscription. Stripe will confirm any cancellation, and paid access continues through the end of the billing period before reverting to Free with all your data preserved. If billing fails to open, use the Try again action or email team@promoterinabox.com.

No. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Promoter in a Box never stores your card details directly.
